Do your chatbots rely on third-party AI services or APIs?
No. Our chatbots understand questions with intent matching that we build ourselves and run entirely on your own systems. They can serve your website, intranet, a desktop application or an email inbox.
What is RPA and which tasks can it automate?
Robotic process automation uses software robots to do repetitive computer work, such as reading invoices from email, checking totals, entering data into your accounting or ERP software, and producing daily reports. People only handle the exceptions.
What is workflow automation?
Workflow automation turns approvals and processes into a tracked system. For example, a purchase request is routed to the right approver based on its value, deadlines are monitored, and every decision is recorded in an audit trail.
What is the difference between data engineering and data analytics?
Data engineering builds the pipelines that collect, clean and store your data. Analytics and visualization sit on top of that data to produce KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards and management reports. We deliver both together.
